Great to hear from you, just today i had a personal trainer come in to see me that had significant lower back pain from squatting heavy. I placed him in the ATM system for 10 reps for forward flexion and side flexion c 5lb resistance. He was about 90% better and had the biggest smile on his face.
He could not believe how much better he was and could not wait to tell other personal trainers at L.A. Fitness of his immediate improvement.
